LOCATION

• Where is the Location of the event?
  --- We will be in the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Dollywood!
  
  

• What is the nearest Airport?
  --- The closest commercial airport servicing Gatlinburg is Knoxville’s McGhee Tyson (TYS) Airport. Located a little over an hours drive away, numerous major airlines are available. Most rental car agencies are represented.

CABIN

• Can you tell me more about the cabins we are staying in?
  --- This 9 bedrooms- 8 bath luxurious cabin is 3 stories  - complete with a pool, hot tubs, pool table, theater room, and much more! The cabin has plenty of parking.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

• What will the sleeping arrangements be?
  --- We are asking that you double up in the Queen and King beds in order for us to accommodate as many as possible. Please keep in mind that registration fee includes your stay over the weekend.

ATTENDING

• Do you have to attend previous SJW's to attend future ones?
  --- No, you are welcome to attend SJW regardless if you have been before or not.

ATTENDANCE

• How many openings do you have?
  --- We have room for 40 people.

YAHOO GROUP

• Is their a yahoo group set up so I can share a ride to the event?
  --- Yes, we have a yahoo group - (You will be added to the SJW yahoogroup once we have received your payment)
  --- It would be fantastic if people carpooled to the event. 

CLASSES

•  Are we assigned classes, or can we pick our own?
  --- You pick the classes you would like to see. Both Relationship classes and Service based classes.

 DUNGEON PLAY

• Should I bring my toy bag?
  --- You probably need to leave the toy bag at home on this trip. Our focus at SJW does not include dungeon play at this time.

WEATHER

• Is it usually hot that time of the year in Tennessee?
  --- The weather the first of May should be somewhere near the low to mid 70's. Perfect, if you ask me.

WHAT TO BRING

• Can you please tell me anything special I should bring?
  --- Certainly - here is a little list that may be helpful to you...
  - Casual Clothes and shoes (jeans, shorts, t-shirts, flip flops, running shoes, etc)
  - Bathing Suit
  - Pillow and Towel (you know how places are they never give you enough)
  - Any Medications you may need.
  - Anything you may need if you are on a special diet.
  - Patience and an open heart.
  

EMERGENCY

• I don't have a cell phone; will there be a way for someone to reach me in an emergency?
  --- Yes, you will be given a contact number for people to use in case someone needs to get in touch with you.
  --- On your application there will be a spot to include an emergency contact number for you, in case we needed to contact someone.
