Application Process:  

Step 1. Fill out the online application. (Please cut and paste the application portion into a word document and email to kendell@submissivejourneyweekend.com. You can also download the application by clicking in the box below.

Step 2. We will make contact with your references via email with a short list of questions to answer. The sooner they get those back to us the sooner you can register. Please, remember that your registration is not complete without these references and that we work on a first come first serve basis.

Step 3. Once we have checked with your references you will then receive a email letting you know that you have met the requirements for SJW as well as the payment information you will need. Your payment is due within two weeks of the email being sent.

Step 4. Once your payment is received in full, you will receive an official welcome letter with schedules, specific location of the event, etc.
