I am aware that this process is somewhat different then most events but I hope that it offers us information to best plan and meet the needs of the event and its attendees. Application Process: Step 1. Fill out the online application and hit 'Send Application'. The Application will be automatically sent to sjw.information@gmail.com. Please note: Registration doesn't open until September 1st, 2010.
Step 2. If I had not had the pleasure of getting to know you, I will make contact with your references via email with a short list of questions to answer. The sooner they get those back to me the sooner you can register. Please, remember that your registration is not complete without these references and that I work on a first come first serve basis. If I have had the pleasure of getting to know you, please skip the Reference Section of the Application.
Step 3. Once I have checked with your references you will then receive a email letting you know that you have met the requirements for SJW as well as the payment information you will need. If you should decide to not pay in full, I will work out a payment plan with you. Your space will be reserved with the first $67 payment received.
Step 4. Once your payment is received in full, you will receive an official welcome letter with schedules, specific location of the event, etc.

Paid In Full by November 1st 2010 = $240
Paid In Full by January 1, 2011 = $250
Paid In Full by March 1, 2011 = $260
Payment Plan: Four (4) payment of $67 each before March 15, 2011

Cancellation Policy:
Reimbursement for cancellations is intended for full payment only.
Partial payments, including the Payment Plan, are not eligible for reimbursement.
If you cancel before March 1, 2011 you will receive a reimbursement of your payment less a $50 administrative cancellation fee.
Cancellations after March 1, 2011 are not eligible for reimbursement.
Cancellations must be sent via email to sjw.information@gmail.com. Cancellation requests sent via any other method cannot be honored.
