I am aware that this process is somewhat different then most events but I hope that it offers us information to best plan and meet the needs of the event and its attendees. Application Process: Step 1. Fill out the online application and hit 'Send Application'. The Application will be automatically sent to sjw.information@gmail.com.
Step 2. If I had not had the pleasure of getting to know you, I will make contact with your references via email with a short list of questions to answer. The sooner they get those back to me the sooner you can register. Please, remember that your registration is not complete without these references and that I work on a first come first serve basis. If I have had the pleasure of getting to know you, please skip the Reference Section of the Application.
Step 3. Once I have checked with your references you will then receive a email letting you know that you have met the requirements for SJW as well as the payment information you will need. If you should decide to not pay in full, I will work out a payment plan with you. I can work out a payment plan of 4 $60 payments - your space will be reserved with the first $60 payment received.
Step 4. Once your payment is received in full, you will receive an official welcome letter with schedules, specific location of the event, etc.

Cost of the Event: * $240 Registration Cost Forms of payment I accept: Cash, Check, Money Order, Paypal I will work out a payment plan of 4 - $60 dollar payments if need be.
Refund Policy: * If you cancel BEFORE March 15th, you will receive a full reimbursement minus a cancellation fee of $50.
* NO REFUNDS will be issued after March 15, 2010.
