*Note: The lodge is not wheelchair accessible. The lodge is three-story with stairs to access all levels Workshops will be on all three levels.
REGISTRATION FEE
- Regular Rate (open to all until March 1)
$295 full payment due within 7 days of acceptance OR $300 Split Payment Plan ($100 within 7 days of acceptance, $100 by January 1st and $100 by March 1st)
REFUND POLICY
Refund only applicable for Full Payment Plan. Split Payment Plan is not eligible for refunds. Fee is not transferable.
- 25% cancellation fee if requested via SJW email no later than January 1st
- 50% cancellation fee if requested via SJW email no later than March 1st
- 75% cancellation fee if requested via SJW email no later than April 1st
APPLICATION AND REGISTRATION PROCESS
Registration for Connecting The Pieces - An SJW Retreat is different than for most events. To best meet the needs of the attendees and provide a safe experience for all, anyone interested in attending must complete an application for review. Sending an application does not guarantee attendance. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to email us.
Step 1 Fill out the online application below and hit 'Send Application'. The Application will be automatically sent to sjw.information@gmail.com
Step 2 Once we have checked with your references and determined your eligibility we will send you an email letting you know that you have met the requirements for SJW. We will also send payment information and a more detailed questionnaire about food preferences/medical information etc. Your space will be reserved when payment and the completed detailed questionnaire is received. Full or first payment must be made no later than seven (7) days after we send your acceptance email.
Step 3 Once your payment is received in full, you will receive an official welcome letter with schedules, specific location of the event, etc.
