LOCATION
Where is the Location of the event?
We will be in the beautiful Great Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. Minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and
Dollywood!
What is the nearest Airport?
The closest commercial airport servicing Gatlinburg is Knoxville’s McGhee Tyson (TYS) Airport. Located a little over an
hours drive away, numerous major airlines are available. Most rental car agencies are represented.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
What will the sleeping arrangements be?
We all share big beds...but only two to a bed! After your application is accepted we will send you a questionnaire
asking about your sleep habits and needs so that we can effectively assign roommates. Please keep in mind that
registration fee includes your stay over the weekend. All attendees must stay at the lodge.
FOOD
I have special dietary restrictions. What should I do?
We accommodate many different dietary needs: religious, medical, etc. After your application is accepted we will send
you a detailed questionnaire about food preferences so that we can plan for most everyone.
ATTENDING
Do you have to attend previous SJW's to attend SJW 2013?
No, you are welcome to attend regardless if you have been before or not. We have many first time attendees each year
as well as those that return year after year.
CLASSES
Are we assigned classes, or can we pick our own?
You pick the classes you prefer.
DUNGEON PLAY
Should I bring my toy bag?
Please leave the toy bag at home on this trip. Although we will have one evening of S/m Tastings this is not a play
session but an opportunity for some folks to feel things they have not experienced before. Select individuals will offer
a few sensations of S/m play without the power exchange: wax, violet wand, deep impact, fire etc. No blood activities
or acts of penetration will be offered or allowed during Sm/m tastings. It is up to each individual participant to receive
participation permission from their D-type (if necessary)
WEATHER
Is it usually hot that time of the year in Tennessee?
The weather in early should be somewhere near the low to mid 70's. Perfect, if you ask us.
WHAT TO BRING
Can you please tell me anything special I should bring?
We'll be sending a suggested packing list closer to the event date.
EMERGENCY
I don't have a cell phone; will there be a way for someone to reach me in an emergency?
Yes, you will be given a contact number for people to use in case someone needs to get in touch with you. We will
also be asking you for an emergency contact number in case we need to contact someone.
